Child Safety Standards

1. Zero-tolerance policy

MotoCircleX strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or conduct that sexualizes, targets, endangers, or exploits a minor. Attempts to share, request, sell, link to, or facilitate such material or conduct are also prohibited.

2. Age requirement

MotoCircleX is an adults-only service. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use social, messaging, matching, community, or marketplace features. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be restricted or removed.

3. Reporting and blocking

Users can report concerning profiles, posts, images, videos, messages, comments, or other activity through the reporting tools available in the app. Users can also block another account to stop further unwanted interaction.

For urgent child-safety concerns, email our designated safety contact at dima.gs500e@gmail.com. Include the relevant account name, content, date, and a concise description. Do not download, copy, or resend suspected CSAM.

4. Review and enforcement

Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account termination. We may preserve relevant records when legally required and cooperate with law enforcement and appropriate child protection organizations. Where required by applicable law, we report apparent child sexual exploitation to the competent authorities.

5. Prevention and moderation

MotoCircleX uses safety rules, user reporting, account controls, moderation processes, and technical safeguards to reduce abusive content and behavior. We continue to improve these protections as the community grows.

6. Emergency situations

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement agency first. This page is not an emergency-response service.
