Delete your MotoCircleX account

You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

How to submit a request

  1. Email dima.gs500e@gmail.com from the address connected to your account.
  2. Use the subject “MotoCircleX account deletion request”.
  3. Include your username and the email address or phone number connected to the account. Do not send your password.
  4. Complete any reasonable ownership-verification step we send you.
Create deletion email

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when processing is complete.

Data deleted or anonymized

Authentication account, profile details, profile photo, motorcycles and personal maintenance records, saved items, social connections, location/route data linked only to you, and user content where deletion is legally and technically appropriate.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, moderation, fraud-prevention, security and legal records may be retained when required. Public conversations may keep an anonymized placeholder so other users' replies remain understandable. Backups may take additional time to expire.

  1. שלחו דוא״ל ל־dima.gs500e@gmail.com מהכתובת המקושרת לחשבון.
  2. נושא ההודעה: „בקשת מחיקת חשבון MotoCircleX”.
  3. ציינו שם משתמש וכתובת דוא״ל או מספר טלפון המקושרים לחשבון. אין לשלוח סיסמה.
  4. במידת הצורך השלימו אימות בעלות על החשבון.

אנו שואפים להשלים בקשה מאומתת בתוך 30 יום. החשבון, הפרופיל ורוב המידע האישי יימחקו או יעברו אנונימיזציה. ייתכן שמידע מוגבל יישמר לצורכי דין, אבטחה, מניעת הונאה או עסקאות.
